We will learn a dependable process to get out of your head and into your body so that you can do brave work, even under the stressful circumstances of high pressure sets and self-tapes.

Actors directly apply the tools to real material (audition sides or film/tv scenes) on camera in order to connect the dots to real world circumstances. Each actor will have the opportunity to work on camera in front of the group.
